Mike Thompson

Managing Partner Mike Thompson has full accountability for driving the success of ICSynergy’s business in the US and Canada. A key thrust is to accelerate the adoption of ICSynergy unique products and integration solutions in the areas of Identity and Federation Management. With oversight for all of ICSynergy’s projects, Mike is focused on the delivery of business driven, end-to-end security solutions that enable ICSynergy’s clients and ICSynergy’s partner clients to recognize a rapid return on their technology investments. Mike is responsible for charting the strategy for ICSynergy’s rapidly growing business units, as well as magnifying the success and evolution of key partnerships with Oracle and HP. Prior to ICSynergy Mike held Executive Leadership positions in Marconi, Nortel Networks and Bell Canada.


 

Martin Gee

CTO and Partner Martin Gee is the founder and CTO of ICSynergy. In this capacity he directs ICSynergy’s Technology Strategy and is recognized as a technology and thought leader in the Identity, Federation and SOA space Martin has been a leader in evolving technology since beginning his distinguished career in 1994. In February of 2000, Martin formed ICSynergy to specialize in the development of J2EE and Identity solutions and has authored numerous publications. Under Martin's leadership, ICSynergy has provided innovative business and technology solutions for world class companies in the Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Finance and Public Sector verticals.


 

Kerry "Zan" Moore

VP of Sales and Marketing Zan Moore has a proven track record in National and International Sales in leading growth companies.  Zan has an extensive knowledge of the Telecom, Software, Professional Services,  as well as SAAS business model specialties. Prior to joining ICSynergy, Zan held Senior Management positions with Citrix, Somera, Tellabs and Cox Communications.

Rod Kessler

Oracle Practice Leader  Rod Kessler brings a wealth of experience in the Identity and Access Management space with a strong focus on the Oracle software technology. Rod has delivered strategic consulting around various complex business issues (role engineering and governance, SOX compliance, business process reengineering) at fortune 500 clients across many industries.  Rod has oversight on all of ICSynergy's projects where the Oracle IAM suite of products is being leveraged.


 

John Lindsly

Practice Leader Identity Management John Lindsly is an expert in the field of Identity Management and in particular has over 7 years of architecture and development experience with the Oracle Waveset (formerly Sun Identity Manager) product. John has a very strong consulting background and recently led the Architecture group at 7-Eleven, Inc.


 

Archie Patrick

Practice Leader Identity Management Archie Patrick is a Senior Solutions architect who comes to ICSynergy from one of the large government SI’s. Archie most recently led the architecture and deployment of NASA’s identity management project. Archie has a vast technology background and has developed Identity Management solutions in the health care, retail and Federal spaces.


 

Steven Scherer

Practice Leader Identity Management Steven Scherer has a significant Big 4 consulting background and recently left a major Telecom provider to join ICSynergy. Steve has deep Java/J2EE skills and has led major architecture and development projects around Sun's portal and identity products.Steve is the Chief Architect for ICSynergy's ID-CENTRALTM solution set, a stand alone open source solution, which manages and ensures the compliance of 3rd party, Contractors and contingent workers.


 

Michael Logozar

General Manager of Communications Michael Logozar is an acknowledged expert and thought leader around Sun's Java Communications Suite. Michael's team has led major projects from both an architectural and development perspective with clients across North America.  Michael leads ICSynergy's Directory Practice.




Ramses Moya

Director ICSynergy Canada Ramses Moya is an accomplished Identity and Access Management Executive with over 8 years of experience leading major IAM projects in both Canada and the US.  Ramses is responsible for building and leading ICSynergy Inc's business in Canada.  Prior to joining ICSynergy in 2008, Ramses was the National Technical Manager for Sun Microsystems.
